FAITH LEADS TO OBEDIENCE
When there is faith in our hearts towards God we want to obey God even more. Faith encourages obedience.

Hebrews 11:8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.

In this specific incident Abraham had to obey blindly because he did not know where God wanted him to go. Faith leads to obedience.
FAITH WANTS TO BELIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE
When we have faith we can begin to believe for the impossible.

Hebrews 11:11 Sarah, too, had faith, and because of this she was able to become a mother in spite of her old age, for she realized that God, who gave her His promise, would certainly do what He said.

Sometimes we have a mindset that stops us from believing God for the impossible. If, however, faith is alive within us we can begin to believe God for the impossible.  Faith helps us change our minds about things that we thought were impossible.
FAITH BRINGS VICTORY

Hebrews 11:30 It was faith that brought the walls of Jericho tumbling down after the people of Israel had walked around them seven days as God had commanded them.

The conquering of Jericho was a great victory for the people of Israel. Especially in the light of the fact that the city fell to them and they had simply walked around it. When we add the essential ingredient of faith to our lives we can also experience and enjoy victory.
