There may be many things we do not have control over. However there are things that we do have control over regardless of the situation. We always have the option of choosing our attitude and our response.
I have seen people in terrible circumstances with a positive attitude. I have seen people facing tough situations, but responding with a positive response. Our attitude and our response is something we always have control over.
In those moments of difficulty and challenge we must always pause and choose our attitude and response. If we approach God with open arms, He will come to us. If we choose to respond by pushing Him away, He will withdraw Himself.
In everyday life our attitude and response will either open doors for us or close doors for us. The same is true when it comes to God.
