Knowing that God is with us means that we can be confident. We can live with this assurance. We do not need to be tossed and thrown around.
Psalm 16:8 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
Psalm 62:6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defense; I shall not be moved.
Knowing God is with us means that we do not need to be shaken or moved. We can stand secure in Him. No matter what you are going through it does not change the fact. The fact is God is with us.
We must not allow ourselves to be moved by changing world affairs. We must not allow ourselves to be moved by our changing circumstances and situations. We must remain confident in God.
You may be going through a difficult and dark time. It does not change the fact that God is with you. The fact that God is with us should be a source of great hope to us. The darker the night that you may be experiencing, the brighter the light of the hope in the fact that God is with is and He will not leave us!
