Isaiah 60:18
‘No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders, but you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise.’
– This is a promise that we can claim for our lives and for our country.
– God’s choice for us is that we would enjoy His peace and blessing on our lives.
– As we put Him first, He wants to surround us with His presence.
– Violence, ruin and destruction are not part of God’s plan for us!
Prayer: Lord, I pray that You will come and remove those things that would like to destroy what You have prepared for me. May I be surrounded by the knowledge that You want to save, protect and bless me with the peace and hope that only You can give. Amen.
