Isaiah 9:6
‘For a Child is born to us, a Son is given to us. He will be called: Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.’
– This verse speaks of the promise and the hope that we have in God.
– He has come to live with us and to bring us what we so desperately need.
– His love, His faithfulness and His eternal care gives hope to our hearts.
– He offers us His peace and He comes to restore our relationship with Him.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for the Gift of Your Son. He is everything that I need. He is my Wonderful Counsellor, my Mighty God, my Everlasting Father, and my Prince of Peace. In Him my heart has found a home! Amen.
