John 15:15
‘I no longer call you servants…, Instead I have called you friends…’
– Years ago we used to sing a song: ‘I am a friend of God!’
– Recognise that as His child you can be called His friend.
– Friends are people who can help, encourage and strengthen us.
– This is what the Lord wants to come and do for you.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that I am no longer a servant or a slave, but I am Your child and I can know the joy of friendship with You. May I never forget that even when I am alone, You are still there with me. Amen.
