Haggai 1:8
‘Go up … and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, says the LORD.’
– Oftentimes life calls for action and deliberate steps.
– We cannot always be passive and just wait for things to fall into our laps.
– We need to step forward, under God’s direction, and do what honours Him.
– We can be a part of something bigger than ourselves when we do what pleases God.
Prayer: Lord, I ask that You would give me the courage and the strength to step forward and begin to build. I choose to do what honours and pleases You. Show me the way I should go so that You can be glorified. Amen.
