1 Kings 8:24
‘You (O LORD) made that promise with Your Own mouth, and with Your Own hands You have fulfilled it today.’
– The Lord is completely capable of doing what He has said He will do.
– In fact, He watches over His Word to perform it.
– His promises do not fail or return empty.
– You can trust in God’s promises for your own life.
Prayer: Lord, You are a promise-keeping God and what You have said You will do and You will bring it to pass. Thank You that I can have confidence in Your control over the events of my life and in the world. Amen.
