BE HAPPY FOR THEM
When they accomplish something or get something right be happy for them. Be exited for them. Make every effort to make sure that they succeed. Be happy for them when they surpass your own level of success. Be genuinely interested and happy for them in what they do. Perhaps their interests differ from yours or what you had hoped they would be, be happy for them. Be happy for them.
SEE YOUR FAMILY AS A TEAM
Each member fulfils and different function. There are different roles. The family is not a boss/employee relationship. It is a father/son relationship. Give your team members opportunity. Pursue winning as a team. When one member wins we all win. Don’t be threatened by the progress of any one member. Be a team. Stand together. Make the weak look good and the strong look better. This is what team is all about.
