TAKING POSSESSION
When the time is right and things come together in God’s way then we need to change gears. We need to possess what God has given us.

Deuteronomy 10:11 But he said to me, ‘Arise and lead the people to the land I promised their fathers. It is time to go in and possess it.’

The issue was that what God had promised the people of Israel did not just fall into their laps. They had to go in and possess it for themselves when the time was right. I sometimes see people for whom God has opened the door they have been waiting for and yet they don’t step into in. When God begins to turn things around in your life, be ready to work hard and take possession of what God has in store for you.
THE APPOINTED TIME
God has appointed times for each of us. We must anticipate and be expectant that things are about to change.

Psalm 102:13 You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come.

God’s timing makes things beautiful.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time.

The greatest example of God’s timing was when He sent Jesus to make a way for us.

Galatians 4:4 But when the right time came, the time God decided on, he sent his Son.

God has a ‘right’ time and an appointed time for you. Don’t get discouraged!
