Isaiah 9:6
‘For a Child is born to us, a Son is given to us. He will be called: Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.’

If we can find it in our hearts to stay focussed on God and our pursuit of Him, there is a blessing.

Psalm 40:4 Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.

It does not matter what those around are doing. It does not matter if everyone is doing it. We must determine to stay on course.

2 Corinthians 7:1 Dear friends, let us turn away from everything wrong.

Let this be a time of quality decisions for us.

Psalm 16:8 I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.
