God can organize divine appointments.
Psalm 31:15 ‘My times are in your hand.’
Because of this we can trust God to orchestrate divine interactions for us. We can just depend on Him. God met with people in divine ways all through the Bible and He still wants to do that today.
He knows your program and schedule and He knows when He wants to touch you and when you should touch others. As we allow the Holy Spirit to lead us we can experience more of these divine interactions.
