Part of the help that God wants to be to us is a source of strength.
Psalm 28:7 He is my strength, my shield from every danger. I trusted in him, and he helped me.
God wants to be your strength. This verse also highlights the concept of trust. Our divine helper can only become our helper when we sill step out and trust Him to help us.
Hebrews 13:7 Your spiritual strength comes as a gift from God.
Has God been your source of strength lately? Let’s begin to trust Him today.
Psalm 54:4 Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me. (NIV)
God is the One who wants to give us support. He is the One who wants to give us the things we need to sustain us in life. God wants to be a support to us. He wants to carry some of the weight and pressure that we have to handle. He wants to hold us up and pick us up when we need Him to do that.
