2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
Weakness need not be a bad thing. If you feel weak today, that is not the end of the world. It is when we are weak that we can find the strength that God wants to offer us. People who are strong don’t really need God’s strength. The problem is that human strength is unreliable. It is here today and gone tomorrow.
2 Corinthians 12:10 for when I am weak, then I am strong.
There is something about weakness that forces us to trust God and rely on Him for strength.
You may ask: ‘How can I find God’s strength?’ This is a legitimate question. I believe that the key to finding God’s strength is to seek Him. As we seek Him we will find His strength. This is the key to finding God’s strength.
1 Chronicles 16:11 Seek the Lord; yes, seek his strength and seek his face untiringly.
Psalm 105:4 Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.
The answer to the question is to seek God and in the process we find His strength. It is as we take our eyes off of ourselves and look to Him that His strength can become a reality in our lives.
