Isaiah 9:6
‘For a Child is born to us, a Son is given to us. He will be called: Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.’

I know that today is a difficult day and a difficult time. But in life there is always something we can take home from our experiences. I trust that in the midst of the sadness there will be something you will make your own. As I was thinking about today I was reminded of the scripture:

Isaiah 46:4 I will be your God throughout your lifetime—until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you.

I thought that this scripture was relevant today and relevant to us all.
