SIMPLICITY KEEPS US FROM DISTRACTION AND SIN
When life becomes complicated, distraction creeps in, and distraction often opens the door for compromise. I have seen how not sticking to the basics and the Word of God causes people to drift. Small compromises become footholds for sin, these can slowly overtake us and harm families, marriages and communities. Simplicity keeps our eyes fixed on Jesus and makes it easy to notice when something is out of place.
