WE SHOULD ENJOY GOD’S PRESENCE HAVING AN ATTITUDE OF BROKENNESS BEFORE HIM
Psalm 34:18 The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit.
This should be our personal attitude towards God.
We should be too willing to put things write with God and others.
We should live with a tender heart.
God does not tolerate hard hearts.
God does not tolerate self-righteous hearts.
He is looking for those whose hearts are open and tender.
Then we can know His presence.
Then we can enjoy Him.
This is key number six.
THE REWARD OF GOD’S HELP
If we can apply these aspects to our lives, then God wants to come through for us.
God wants to deliver, guard and protect.
He does NOT say that there will be no problems.
But He does say that He will rescue and protect.
Psalm 34:19 The good man does not escape all troubles—he has them too. But the Lord helps him in each and every one.
GOD WANTS TO SAVE US
That is His plan for us.
Psalm 34:22 But as for those who serve the Lord, he will redeem them; everyone who takes refuge in him will be freely pardoned.
To save us and forgive us.
What a great God we serve.
These are the keys to the good, long life that God promises.
Lets use them and expect God to come through for us.
