This is always the challenge! Our natural response to trouble is to run to all things of life that we think can be trusted. Here are four things that we can do to return to a place of confidence in God.
ACT WITH WISDOM AND COMMON SENSE.
When trouble comes it calls for a re-evaluation of things and often times calls for radical and quality decisions. For this very reason we need to get the best advise, get the best treatment, so that we can make the best decision.
James 1:5 If you want to know what God wants you to do, ask Him, and He will gladly tell you, for He is always ready to give a bountiful supply of wisdom to all who ask Him.
GIVE HIM YOUR BURDENS
This is another very important step. We need to hand over the burdens that we are carrying to God. This is a deliberate and decisive action.
Psalm 55:22 Give your burdens to the Lord. He will carry them.
