You and I should pursue His Kingdom.  But what exactly is His Kingdom?  We should pursue His Kingdom, His kingship, His sovereignty, His authority, His rule, both in the world, and in the hearts of men.

John 15:15 ‘I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.’

The Kingdom is everything to do with the business of heaven. We should get busy with the business of heaven and the business of our Master and King.  Jesus understood this as a very young person.

Luke 2:49 And He said to them, ‘How is it that you sought me? knew you not that I must be about my Father’s business?’

You and I should follow His example and ‘be about our Father’s business!’ In the Darby Bible Translation it says it this way: ‘And he said to them, Why [is it] that ye have sought me? Did ye not know that I ought to be [occupied] in my Father’s business?’  Let us get busy with His business, let us get occupied with our Father’s business.
