The reality is that the spiritual world that God has planned for us to experience and enjoy is just as real and even more real than the physical realm that we live in.
The Bible tells us that the things we can see with our physical eyes are temporary and the unseen things are eternal.

2 Corinthians 4:18 For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

This calls for a completely different approach.

2 Corinthians 4:18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

We can enjoy all that God has made available to us.

1 Peter 1:8 Though you have not seen Him, you love Him; and even though you do not see Him now, you believe in Him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy.

This may not always be the easiest thing to do. We need to fine tune and develop our spiritual senses.  I once toured a castle that had a dungeon in its basement. The tour guide explained to us that no light could penetrate this dungeon. When prisoners were placed in this dungeon for extended periods of time, it often happened that when they emerged they could no longer see. I have also heard that blind people can greatly develop their sense of feel, to the point where they can read with their fingers.
We can develop our physical senses as we use them.  In the same way we can develop our spiritual senses as we use them.  If we do this there is a blessing for us. If we always demand physical evidence we will miss out on the blessing that God has for us.

John 20:29 Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen Me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
