Proverbs 16:9
‘A man’s heart plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.’

As we approach God, it should be with thankfulness in our hearts.

Psalm 95:2 Come before him with thankful hearts.

As we come to God with the things on our hearts, lets us start with hearts that are thankful and appreciative. I have a relative who is a thankful, grateful person. It is such a joy to be in her presence. She is thankful and appreciative for the smallest things. The strange thing is that she has had a hard life with many challenges and disappointments, yet she has remained thankful. It is a joy to be with her.
I am sure God looks forward to spending time with individuals who come to Him with hearts that are full of thanks.
