GOD HAS REST IN STORE FOR US
As we begin to trust God we can experience His rest.  God has a faith-rest life for each of us.

Hebrews 4:1 The promise of entering his rest still stands….

We can struggle in our own strength or we can lean on Him

Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

God wants to give us rest
THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF MISSING IT
Some Christians live with a sense of complete trust in the Lord.  Others seem to face conflict after conflict and never come to rest.   The question is are we enjoying His rest or are we missing His rest.

Hebrews 4:1 Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.

GOD IS OFFERING REST TO THOSE WHO WILL TRUST &OBEY
Today God is calling us to trust Him with all our hearts. This involves hearing God’s voice and obeying Him.  This brings to an end all our struggling in our own strength.  This results in resting in the Lord.
