DETERMINATION AND PURPOSE
It is when we become determined that we stand the greatest chance of achieving our purpose.

Ephesians 4:13 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.

People who do not have a sense of determination are tossed around by every wind of influence that comes their way. People who are determined will not be tossed around and thrown this way and that by every passing fad! We are continually bombarded by the world with every kind of message. Advertisements surround us telling us what we need and should or must have. They tell us that if we do not have what they are offering we will not be ‘living’. This cunning and craftiness is designed to separate you from your hard earned money and the intention of the advertiser is, in most cases, profit. As long as we are continually being distracted, we will allow all these things to take our focus and in the process our purpose is lost in our desperate longing for more of what the world offers. We must allow nothing to distract us! We must be determined.
