‘I prayed for this child, and the LORD has granted me what I asked of Him.’

Sometimes we think that this is difficult to delight ourselves in the Lord. But I don’t think it is. Sometimes we just complicate things!
God wants to be a Father to us. He wants to bless us with good things. He wants us to be His children: totally confident, totally relying, totally loving Him. He wants to be good to us

Psalm 37:4 Be delighted with the Lord. Then he will give you all your heart’s desires.
