Is there an alternative to having a troubled heart? The answer is YES. The story of Mary and Martha gives us the alternative. The story is about two sisters. One was concerned about the issues of life that she was facing. The other was concerned about being with Jesus.
Luke 10:41-42 And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. “But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”
Mary wanted to spend time at the feet of Jesus. Jesus, Himself said: ‘One thing is needed’. Mary had discovered this alternative. It is still true for us today.
