Yes, He is keeping a special eye on those who love Him.  He is intently watching these people.

Psalm 33:18 But the eyes of the Lord are watching over those who fear him, who rely upon his steady love.

If you love and fear God when He is watching you with special interest. He watches those who rely on Him and His love carefully.  As those who desire to live right, we can enjoy the knowledge that the eyes of God are intently watching us.  But it goes beyond this.

Psalm 34:15 For the eyes of the Lord are intently watching all who live good lives, and he gives attention when they cry to him.
1 Peter 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer.

He wants to give attention to their cry.  And His ears are attentive to their prayers.  This is s great reward.  That we can have the assurance that God is listening and wants to help us!
