Our hearts are a very important element in our lives. I am not referring to our physical hearts. I am talking about one’s innermost character, feelings, or inclinations. The central or innermost part. The center of our being. This is the part that God is interested in. He is watching our hearts. The Bible gives clear indication of the role our hearts have to play.
We need to love God with all our hearts. God is looking for this. We need to love God with a love that is a passion.
Luke 10:27 ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind.
How do you love with all your heart? Certainly not just on a Sunday. Our entire lives and our entire beings need to love God totally. God should not just be one of our passions. He needs to be the passion of our lives and everything else will come into priority. Have you given God first place in your heart?
