One of the greatest stories in the Bible is the one of how the Israelites were delivered from Egypt. The entire nation of Israel was enslaved. Yet they had expected God to come through and save them. Moses, their deliverer had been born, but he had run away into the desert. As a result the slavery went on and on.
I bet their faith was low and fragile. I am almost sure they came close to giving up on God. But no matter how fragile their faith and hope was, God had not deserted them! In the same way God has not deserted you, no matter how fragile your faith may be.
