We cannot get away from it.
Psalm 139:7-10 Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, Even there Your hand shall lead me, And Your right hand shall hold me.
We can try and run away or escape God, but in His love He will not let us go. Just think of Jonah who tried to run away from God and the plan God had to use Him. God went and fetched him through a dramatic series of circumstances.
Just think about Moses who ran away into the wilderness. Yet God did not abandon him and find an alternative. God went to fetch him and proceeded to use him just as He had planned.
No matter how far you may have gone or drifted, it is not too far for the hand of God to bring you back!
