Because as a result of God’s love for us, He wants to take care of us. The Bible tells us that our Heavenly Father cares for us. The dictionary tells us that to CARE means that:
1. God feels concern for us!
2. God is interested in us, and in what we may be facing.
3. God has affection towards us!
1 Peter 5:7 Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.
Nahum 1:7 The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in Him.
