There is a time for everyone when they do not know Christ as their personal Saviour yet.  Some may be far from receiving and others may be close.  For some the door of their hearts may be firmly closed and for others it is wide open.
Let’s assume that five to twelve is that moment at which someone is completely ready to receive, others may be still many hours away.  When our lives touch the lives of others, the hands of the clock should always be moved forward.  Through our influence we should move people closer to that moment when they too will become children of God.
If we use our influence effectively we can achieve this.  If we use our influence ineffectively, we can retard or even hinder this process.
When we realize this, we should come to the sobering reality, that how we live our lives is vitally important.
