One of the most exciting parts of the Christian life is friendship with the Holy Spirit. God’s plan for each of us is that we should enjoy a warm and real relationship with the Holy Spirit. As we take a look at the work and ministry of the precious Holy Spirit it is my sincere prayers that you will become increasingly thirsty for Him and for the new wine of His blessing that He is currently making available. “Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled.”
The Holy Spirit is likened to many symbols. The Scriptures teach us that He is like fire, water, wine, wind and like a river or a fountain. All these images conjure up such wonderful truths about the Holy Spirit.
In this study we are going to consider the relationship between the Holy Spirit and the individual members of the family of God. But in order to do that we need to take note of a few very important facts about the Holy Spirit.
We encourage you to follow the next few days’ blog posts for an enriching study of the Holy Spirit.
