Matthew 11:11-12  “Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.” 
This is not a reference to physical violence, but violence in the spirit realm through spiritual warfare.
This great KINGDOM of God was introduced by John the Baptist.

Matthew 3:1-2 “… John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea, and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!”

From its inception the enemy has tried to destroy the kingdom of God.  The violent in spirit  reverse the action of the enemy!

Matthew 11:12  “And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence… “

This key is also indispensable to the growth of the KINGDOM!
