Matthew 12:25 “But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: “Every kingdom DIVIDED against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.”
This verse says two important things:
[1] Where there is division there is desolation and disaster.
[2] Unity among KINGDOM people is of the utmost importance.
God commands His blessing on His people whenever they are united!
Psalm 133:1 and 3 “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! …For there the LORD commanded the blessing–Life forevermore.”
Again and again, in Scripture, we are commanded to pursue unity!
Ephesians 4:3 “Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 13 Till we all come to the unity of the faith … “.
Romans 15:5-6 “Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
UNITY is an indispensable key in the KINGDOM of God!
