Isaiah 9:6
‘For a Child is born to us, a Son is given to us. He will be called: Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.’

Sometimes we say that we will be content when we have certain things.
Often times it is the simple things in life that bring the greatest pleasure, but we will be consumed with a desire for all the luxuries of life.
Look what the Bible tells us:

1 Timothy 6:8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.
Hebrews 13:5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

The mere fact that God is with us should be a reason for us to be content.
