Hosea 10:2 ‘Their heart is divided; now shall they be found faulty (guilty)!’
When we develop a divided focus it is always a heart issue. Notice this scripture did not say their ‘minds’ were divided or their ‘actions’ were divided! It says their HEARTS were divided!
So it is a heart issue and that makes it personal to each of us!
What is the condition of your heart today? Is it divided between so many things or can you honestly say that your heart is undivided?
The scripture goes on to indicate that the results of a divided heart can have profound effects. A divided heart = being found faulty or guilty. When our hearts are divided, the flaws in our lives become obvious.
1 Kings 18:21 Elijah went before the people and said, “How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal is God, follow him.” But the people said nothing.
