Daily Bible Verse:              Psalm 62:8

‘Trust in Him at all times… for God is our Refuge.’

- We have Someone to Whom we can go when we face difficulty.
- We have the Lord, Who is our Refuge and our place of safety.
- Therefore we can trust in and rely on Him at ALL times.
- Right now, He offers you the security and refuge that you need!

Prayer: Lord, I choose to find my safety and security in You and in You alone. I make a quality decision to trust in You completely, knowing that You are my Refuge, and You will take care of me. Amen.

Daily Bible Verse: Psalm 62:8
‘Trust in Him at all times… for God is our Refuge.’

Daily Bible Verse: Genesis 22:11
At that moment the angel of the LORD called to him from heaven, ‘Abraham! Abraham!’ ‘Yes,’ Abraham replied. ‘Here I am!’

GOD IS LOOKING AT YOUR HEART

July 31, 2020

WE ARE NOT STRONG

I feel like this often.
I don’t always feel strong.
Rev 3:8 I know you well; you aren’t strong.
Hey that’s me.
Do you think it is possible that God knows this?
The fact that we are not always strong.
YES!
He knows.
He knows that we are made of dust.
He knows that we do not have the strength.

GOD IS LOOKING AT YOUR HEART

This is what God is concerned about.
He knows us - He knows that we are weak.
But what is the condition of our hearts.
Have we tried to obey Him?
Rev 3:8 I know you well; you aren’t strong, but you have tried to obey and have. not denied my Name.
When God sees us endeavoring to obey Him, it moves Him.
What does it mean to obey Him?
I believe it means that we seek and pursue Him and when we hear Him speak we do what He says.
I love the phrase: ‘but you have tried’
I want to encourage those who have tried to follow God - God it.
He is moved by it – don’t give up and don’t stop.
